Sound Healing Session

In a sound healing session, Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls are the main instrument to address physical, emotional and spiritual blockages. These blockages which are often found in your chakras (energy meridians throughout the body) pertain to your every day life issues such as self-confidence, intution, money flow, ambition, creativity, self-love, connection, stress and more. The blockages can stem from energetic imprints derived from past lives and current life trauma. Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls clear and heal these blockages.

How? There are several reasons that make us receptive to the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. First, these particular types of bowls are infused with crystals. These crystals eminate their own frequency which interacts with our cells’ and body’s frequencies. Various crystals activates different parts of the body. For instance, amethyst activates the crown chakra which helps you to connect to the universe. Rose quartz activates the heart chakra which enhances your ability to love yourself and others.

Secondly, these bowls when played radiate frequencies at various hertz (vibrations - sound waves per second that hit the ear) which create relaxation, healing, and DNA shifts in the body.

Thirdly, the bowls plays a different musical note which corresponds to the different parts of the body. For example, A# also known as A sharp activates the pineal gland, the integration of the third eye and the crown chakra, and the adrenal system.

In a Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowl Sound Healing Session, the bowls are played. Simultaneously, the musical tones of the bowl, the vibrations of the frequencies, and the consciousness of the alchemies in the bowl (minerals, crystal or metal) work in alliance to promote the healing of the body, soul and spirit.

When appropriate, breath, visualization and color will be used to clear blockages as they are revealed by the body.
